About us

Who we are

LUNA – Online Pet Shop is an online shop from Berlin for dog, cat, bird and horse supplies. LUNA is run by AUST & VOGG, owner Vakhtang Aliokhin, Jülicher Straße 6A, 13357 Berlin, Germany.

What we offer

We sell selected products from well-known brands such as Hundpur®, Pferdegold®, GenoLine, SABRO, Yuki cares, Die Stadtgärtner and mysoy, plus items from our own LUNA selection.

How your order reaches you

We do not run our own warehouse. Depending on the product, the brand or one of our fulfilment partners ships it directly to you – also from warehouses outside Germany. So one order can arrive in several parcels. Delivery usually takes 3–21 business days; shipping costs per brand are listed in our shipping policy.

Your contract is always with LUNA – Online Pet Shop. We are your contact for questions, returns and complaints.
